Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected events can happen. In order to be fair and respectful to all clients and practitioners, the following policies are honored.

Appointment Cancellations

We require 24 hours’ advance notice when cancelling an appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer that appointment time to another client.

If you are unable to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged half of the full appointment amount. This balance must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

No-Shows

If you forget, miss, or choose not to attend your appointment without notice, you will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened in order to respect the appointments scheduled after yours.

Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine whether there is enough time remaining to begin treatment. Regardless of the actual length of the session provided, you will still be responsible for the full session amount.

Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
